Head of Velocity Sales

We are looking for a Head of Velocity Sales to join our Minsk office. You will manage a seasoned team of inbound sales reps helping the team raise the bar and build careers.

Are You the Right Fit?

  • 3+ years of total sales experience with customers from the United States.

  • You have managed B2B sales teams before and know what it’s like to grow fast.

  • You’re passionate about building the careers of your troops and are hungry to lead by example.

  • Fluent English (this is non negotiable).

  • Clear and confident communication.

  • Ability to work and learn at a fast pace.

  • You’re a professional. You know how to build rapport, trust, and execute with excellence.

The Opportunity for You:

  • Responsible for 100% of the sales assisted revenue in Velocity Market.

  • You will be working with a phenomenal product. PandaDoc is one of the recognized leaders in e-signature, CPQ and proposal software.

  • You will own the P&L and Projections for your business unit. You will scale as fast as you are able based on funnel math.

  • You’ll have to help your AEs make some basic improvements with call-coaching and by working with Revenue Operations.
