Product Marketing Manager

PandaDoc is the document platform that boosts revenue for its customers. Our product is used by thousands of customers all over the world. We have offices in Minsk, San Francisco CA, and St. Petersburg FL.

In this critical role you will help PandaDoc Product Marketing team launch all key updates to our product. This role reports directly into the Director of Product Marketing based in San Francisco, CA.

Responsibilities:

  • Own all product updates/releases
  • Drive growth with focus on user conversion and activation
  • Streamline communication between Product Development (in Minsk) and Product Marketing (in San Francisco): resolve issues, synthesize information, and reduce complexity
  • Maintain an always up-to-date marketing-centric product release roadmap
  • Craft high-quality briefs with all necessary product inputs: feature descriptions, value to customers, use cases, goals, product screenshots/gifs – to ensure marketing has all the information
  • Manage in-product marketing channels: in-app updates, onboarding, etc
  • Obtain actionable insights based on product analytics and data analysis
  • Contribute to customer research: user studies, usability testing, etc
  • Proactively identify other white-space opportunities and come up with recommendations

Requirements:

  • 2+ years in a product management, marketing or growth-focused role
  • 2+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS company or in another technology company (preferably mid-stage startup)
  • You’re a team player who enjoys working with other people
  • You’re a self-starter who can independently set goals and develop plans to achieve them
  • You have technical skills and you’re analytically minded: you like working with lots of data and numbers
  • You have top-notch communication skills and know what, how, when, and whom to communicate to
  • You like to learn and grow – quickly and constantly
  • Fluent in English
  • A Bachelor degree in computer science and/or economics/business is preferred

Bonus points:

  • You already know how to use Google Analytics, KISSMetrics, HubSpot, Salesforce, and JIRA
  • You have experience working abroad yourself or in very close collaboration with people abroad
  • Master's degree in computer science and/or economics/business is preferred from a well-regarded institution
  • You have a hobby on the weekends and you do not work 24/7
