Senior Digital Marketing Analyst

PandaDoc is looking for a Marketing Analyst that will work across several teams to develop a deep understanding of our customers along the funnel as well as their entire user journey. You'll be responsible for providing insights, analysis, and recommendations for strategic marketing decisions and objectives.

The candidate should be a strategic thinker with technical expertise around data, reporting, and analytical approaches with emphasis on how they can be applied to improve business decision-making process and outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage our analytics ecosystem including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Segment.
  • Identify and mend data gaps, source issues, and data inaccuracies
  • Measure success of digital marketing campaigns (Google Adwords, SEO, Facebook ads, etc.) and report results to stakeholders
  • Monitor all analytics tools to find different anomalies in conversions and traffic
  • Work closely with different company teams (BizOps, Finance, Sales & Marketing) to develop analysis focused on key performance metrics around the profitability of subscription-based businesses
  • Consolidate data from marketing and related systems and streamline marketing performance tracking reports
  • Create concise written reports, make actionable recommendations, and inform internal stakeholders to bridge the gap between customer behaviors and cross channel customer views to propose new acquisitions, retention, and win-back strategies
  • Perform deep analytics that help us understand the effectiveness of multi-channel marketing programs (awareness, demand generation and ABM)
  • Generate regular product reports for all major metrics, goals tracking, and revenue tracking
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing actions and deliver actionable insights to improve customer lifetime value
  • Present analytical results to answer strategic questions and influence business decisions

Requirements:

  • Excellent spoken and written English (Intermediate)
  • Strong oral and written communicator with proven experience in translating analytics findings into business insights in order to influence business stakeholders to drive actionable decisions and optimize business performance
  • Experience with business intelligence tools (Tableau, Metadata) and real time dashboard development
  • High proficiency in Web Analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Kissmetrics, HubSpot
  • Working knowledge of SFDC is a plus
  • Knowledge of statistical models and practical experience in predictive model development is a plus (R, Python, etc.)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with an exceptionally strong attention to detail
  • Understanding of relational database theory and proficiency in writing and understanding of complex SQL code
