Training Program Coordinator

Customer Experience Remote (USA)

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting training courses and programs designed to educate Pandas and external customers on our products as well as develop the teams within the Customer Experience organization to help them be successful in their roles and achieve their professional development goals. This role is part of the Learning Services team within the Global Services Delivery department which includes multiple customer-facing, post-sales teams including Customer Onboarding, Solutions Architects, and Content Conversion. This role will act as an ambassador of learning, both internally and externally, and will focus on program management and deployment, logistical coordination,  operational support, and helping to guide learners during onboarding and everboarding. 

The ideal candidate will be flexible and possess a wide range of skills and knowledge for both program administration and technical education.
