BaseCamp Integration with PandaDoc

Focus:  The focus of this document is to provide steps and information for the BaseCamp integration with PandaDoc.

What does this integration do? This integration will allow you to import your contacts from BaseCamp to your PandaDoc account in order to send out documents. This will also continue to import contacts from BaseCamp to PandaDoc, every eight hours.

Please note: This integration will sync 4 “four” fields from BaseCamp to PandaDoc: First Name, Last Name, Email address and Company.

Step 1:  Go to Settings > Integrations and click on the button to turn on the BaseCamp Integration.

Step 2: Confirm the connection setup, by clicking on the “Connect BaseCamp” button.

Step 3: Sign into BaseCamp

Step 4: Allowing access. Click on the green button “Yes, I’ll allow Access” to connect BaseCamp and PandaDoc together.

Step 5: You will be presented with a notification screen that the import has been started. Once this is done, you contacts will show up under “Contacts” on the left. You will also notice that any contacts that came through this integration will also be notated in the contact record, with a “BaseCamp” link. You can also click on the BaseCamp link to take you into BaseCamp for this contact.

Step 6: Disconnecting the integration. If you ever need to disconnect the Integration; Go to Settings > Integrations > Find BaseCamp and click on the “Disconnect” button.
