Focus: The focus of this self-help article is to provide steps and information to on how to print a document or template from PandaDoc
Please note: Print dialog may not automatically appear do due the nature of how web browsers process PDF files. Be always to check your file extensions (ie. .PDF) to check to see how these are opened. Most browsers are setup correctly and when you use this option it should open the print dialog box.
All documents and templates can be viewed and printed in the PDF version.
Step 1-A: Printing documents. Click on documents on the left, and then click on the document name.
Step 1-B: Print under More… Over on the right, click on the More.. button and then print.
Step 2-A: Printing Templates. Click on Templates on the left and then click on the template name.
Step 2-B: Print under More… Over on the right, click on the More.. button and then print.
Printer Troubleshooting: If you are using Adobe Reader and receive issues with how the characters are displaying or printing, this could be an issue with your version of Adobe Reader. You should click “Advanced” on the printing dialog and check “Print As Image” Adobe Forum, regarding issues with characters.
