What is the Inbox?

Focus:  The focus of this self-help article is to provide information about the PandaDoc Inbox.

What is the Inbox?: The inbox is used to keep track of documents that are sent to you to be signed or completed by another PandaDoc account. We provide information on who created the document, when it was created and the document name.

Step 1:  Accessing the inbox and reviewing items. On the top right, click on the Inbox. Here you will see a list of your documents. You can also delete documents or download a document. Documents are listed from the newest to the oldest , separated by time, “Today” “Last 30 days” and “Older”.

Step 2: Opening a document. If you would like to open and review the document, click on the document name.
