Bartending Services Contract Template

This bartending services contract is between [Sender.FirstName] [Sender.LastName] and [Client.FirstName] [Client.LastName]. Both parties are in agreement to the following for the event taking place on [Service.Date]. 

Payment 

The [Sender.FirstName][Sender.LastName] (Service Provider)  will receive a  non-refundable retainer of $[Retainer.Amount] to secure services for this event. Any remaining balance will be due as shown in the table below. Should the Client choose to cancel the event before the services are required, [Client.FirstName] [Client.LastName] will provide [Sender.FirstName][Sender.LastName] with notice no later than [Cancellation.Days] before [Service.Date]. Cancellation past this date will result in a late cancellation fee of $[Cancellation.Fee].

Deliverables

​[Sender.FirstName][Sender.LastName] will provide the following liquors beers, ciders, liquors, wine and drinks as listed below.

Terms and Conditions 

• The service provider will be solely responsible for the acquisition of all licenses and permits required to provide bartending services for event date. 
• The Service Provider will be solely responsible for the acquisition any and all licenses and permits needed, and will be responsible for providing all drinks offered in this Bartender Contract. 
• Bartender be permitted to display a tip jar/container.
• The Service Provider will be responsible for all put up and take down of service area.
• The Service Provider will be responsible for ensuring that no underage patrons purchase or consume alcohol from the bar. The Bartender will only sell to those legally permitted to drink in [Venue.State]. The Bartender will also use his/her discretion to cease serving patrons who are visibly intoxicated, behaving inappropriately, or who may pose a risk to themselves or others. 
• The Client will be responsible for providing all drinkware  and equipment needed for event to maintain service and guests overall satisfaction. 

In witness and agreement of these terms & conditions, both parties hereby approve this bartending services contract by affixing their electronic signatures below.
