Quelle est la différence entre une signature numérique et une signature électronique ?
Move data forward: introducing Transfer data and Related Documents

Most deals aren't a single document. They're a sequence. You close the proposal, open the contract, and start retyping the same company name, deal value, and signer details. Then you do it again for the order form.
Nobody planned it that way. It's just what happens when your documents don't talk to each other.
We built Transfer data and Related Documents on the Summary Page to fix that.
The Summary Page is more than a screen
When you send a document, you now land on the Summary Page instead of the confetti screen. You get a live view of recipient activity, including who opened your document and when, plus quick actions like sending a reminder, downloading the file, or copying a share link. You can also read a recipient activity summary to see where things stand without opening the editor.
The real reason the Summary Page exists, though, is to connect your documents to each other.
Related Documents shows your deal chain
A proposal leads to a contract. A contract leads to an order form. An order form leads to an invoice. Most deals are a sequence, but most document tools treat each file as a standalone object.
With Related Documents, you see your whole document chain on the Summary Page. You can view every file connected to a deal, follow each status, and move between them without going back to the dashboard. When several people on your team work the same deal, everyone sees the same thing. No digging through folders, and no asking which version you're on.
Transfer data ends the re-entry
When you're ready to create the next document in your sequence, you carry the relevant information forward automatically with Transfer data. Fields like company name, contact details, deal value, and any custom data you've defined in one document can populate the next, exactly where you want them to land.
You decide which fields transfer and where they map. Set it up once per template pair, and it works the same way every time after that.
For teams with high document volume, the math adds up fast. If you create 30 contracts a week from proposals, that's 30 fewer times someone on your team copies and pastes, and 30 fewer chances for a typo to reach a signed document.
What changes for your team
Reps spend less time on admin between stages. Managers see fewer errors as deals move forward. Anyone building templates gets a document sequence that behaves the same way every time, because the data flows through the way it should.
And because it all lives on the Summary Page, you're always one click from the next step in a deal, instead of hunting through a search or a folder tree.
