A business contract is a legally binding agreement between two or more individuals or legal entities. Usually, they involve an exchange of goods and/or services for money (known as “consideration”) and can be extremely complex in the cases like mergers.
To write the contract, spell out the goods or services to be provided and a price for them. Include other clauses like cancellation, warranties, indemnities, non-disclosure, etc. Finish with the parties’ contact details and signatures. See our business contract template to learn more.
A small business should use the contract templates that fit its industry and that are written by professionals. PandaDoc has over 750 such documents in the Templates section of its website, so feel free to browse and use whatever is necessary.
