What types of eSignatures can me and my recipients use?
PandaDoc allows you to type, upload, or draw your signature. You can even completely customize your signatures in your PandaDoc account settings. Create your own digital signature or limit the type of signature your document recipient can use.
Where can my customers sign a document?
Basically anywhere they have an internet connection. The documents you send are cloud-based meaning they can be signed from a desktop computer or a mobile device (both for Android and iOS). This allows even the busiest business executives the flexibility to sign anywhere, anytime. You can also sign docs in person with our in-person eSigning feature.
Can I create a signing order?
You sure can! Signing order is a great way to have recipients sign a document before or after other recipients or even yourself. It works perfectly for two or more recipients. When you create a signing order, an email will be sent in the order you create. Once the order has been completed, everyone will receive a notification that the document is complete.
How will I know if my document was sent to someone else?
We’ll tell you. With document forwarding enabled, you can allow a document recipient to forward the document to someone else for signature. Better yet, we’ll send you a notification when this happens and we’ll even tell you who the document was sent to.
