How our electronic signature software can help
Secure, legally-binding signatures
Our built-in eSignature software technology is legally-binding and entirely ESIGN and UETA compliant. We also take security seriously by providing an electronic certificate with every signed document. Add an additional layer of security with protected PDFs and access codes.
Cut software costs
When you combine proposal software, eSign software, and CPQ functionality into one, not only are you saving a ton of money but you’re also reducing inefficiencies in your document workflow. You can even extend the value of your CRM software (including Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) with our integrations.
Create electronic documents fast
Unlike PDFs, our templates and content library empower users to create and edit proposals, quotes, and contracts for signature in half the time. Our robust online editor allows you to drag and drop photos, videos, and other marketing collateral right into your documents in seconds.
Get your simple docs signed
Even if you only send and sign a few proposals and quotes a year, our lowest software plan proves to be cost-effective. You’ll receive quoting software features like pricing tables, payments, signing orders, and our popular analytics. Way more than other electronic signature tools like DocuSign, RightSignature or HelloSign.

Basically anywhere they have an internet connection. The documents you send are cloud-based meaning they can be signed from a desktop computer or a mobile device (both for Android and iOS). This allows even the busiest business executives the flexibility to sign anywhere, anytime. You can also sign docs in person with our in-person eSigning feature.
You sure can! Signing order is a great way to have recipients sign a document before or after other recipients or even yourself. It works perfectly for two or more recipients. When you create a signing order, an email will be sent in the order you create. Once the order has been completed, everyone will receive a notification that the document is complete.
We’ll tell you. With document forwarding enabled, you can allow a document recipient to forward the document to someone else for signature. Better yet, we’ll send you a notification when this happens and we’ll even tell you who the document was sent to.
