Before 2022, Ukraine was already home to many Pandas. It welcomed team members seeking safety from Belarus and became a refuge for their families, as well. The office offered more than desks — it offered security, trust, and belonging.
As the full-scale invasion began, we moved quickly to help our Ukrainian employees. We covered relocation and legal documents for those who needed it, extended support to families, protected those in military service, and continued hiring — because pausing was never an option.
We hire in Ukraine and invest in our teams there. Our Kyiv office remains a safe haven: open, stocked, and supported.
I joined PandaDoc after the invasion began, and I’m very grateful that they continued hiring throughout 2022. When blackouts started after Russian shelling, I worked from the office, which had power, internet, and heating.

During the invasion, our Kyiv office became more than just a workplace, it was a place of care, safety, and real support. We stood by each other through everything. Whether you chose to stay or relocate, everything was organized and thoughtful. I moved to another country, and wherever I go, I meet Pandas. It’s a warm feeling to know we didn’t run from Ukraine — Ukraine just grew bigger through us.
I have changed 5 countries since the beginning of the war, but there has been just one home for me – PandaDoc office. Even on the worst days – when hospitals were bombed, when the whole country was in the black out, as long as I was at the office – with the team – nothing was scary. There always was and is the feeling that everything will be alright. They say in the darkest times you make the brightest friends. For me – this is PandaDoc team.
Our Kyiv office remains open 24/7. More than just a physical space, it’s a place where our Ukrainian team can find emotional support, a listening ear, and a sense of community and security.
Our support extends beyond the workplace. Through volunteering, partnerships, and giving, we’ve helped provide care, stability, and aid across Ukraine.
We’ve supported medical aid and essentials for displaced Ukrainians through this nonprofit partner.
We’ve donated medical supplies and supported Ohmatdyt, one of Ukraine’s largest children’s hospitals.
We support several local organizations providing support for aid efforts in Ukraine.

As part of Diia City, we help provide legal and structural protections for tech professionals in Ukraine.
