The Parties

Employee Duties

The Employee agrees to the conditions detailed in this Agreement and with the Employer's best interest in mind. The Employee agrees to use their skills and experience to perform all duties required by the position. While carrying out the duties and responsibilities of their job, the Employee agrees to adhere to the Employer's policies, procedures, and rules and abide by all state, federal, and local regulations.

Employee Responsibilities

At-Will Employment Details

The Employer agrees to hire the Employee "At-Will," which means this Agreement may be terminated at any time by either party without notice or any further obligation other than any signed non-disclosure or non-compete agreements between the Employer and Employee.

In the event of termination by either party, the Employee shall be entitled to severance, equal to their pay at the time of termination, for a period of (enter number of days).

Employment Compensation

As compensation for the services provided, the Employer will pay the Employee $(enter dollar amount) per (enter hourly or annually) ("Compensation"). Employee agrees to follow the procedure for out-of-pocket expense reimbursements according to the Employer's employee handbook.


The Employee agrees to adhere to all stipulations of this Agreement along with the Employer's rules, regulations, policies, and codes of conduct as outlined in its company handbook.

Additionally, the Employee agrees to obey all local, state, and federal laws while working for the Employer. If the Employee does not adhere to this Agreement or any company policy, the Employer may terminate this Agreement without severance pay as stated in the compensation section.

Governing Law

This Agreement is subject to and shall be governed by the laws in the State of (enter state).

Entire Agreement

This Agreement and any attachments or addendums represent the entire Agreement between all parties.
