AMENDMENT AGREEMENT

This Amendment (the “Agreement”) is made and executed as of this (Day) day of (Month), (Year) (the “Effective Date”) by and among/between:

Landlord(s)

Tenant(s)

RECITALS

  1. The Landlord is the party who owns a space that is ready for lease under this Agreement.

  2. The Tenant is the party to whom the property lease will be assigned under this Agreement.

WHEREAS, in consideration of the above recitals, the representations, warranties, covenants, and agreement stated in this Contract and in good faith and valuable considerations, the receipt and accuracy of which are now acknowledged by both Parties.

AMENDMENTS

The Landlord and the Tenant, during (years) years of partnership, have agreed to amend the following amendments from the original agreement issued and executed by the same parties dated and notarized on the (day) of (month), (year) stated and specified below that will commence on the (day) of (month), (year).

From the stated property lease amount written in the original agreement amounting to $(amount in figures) to a new property lease amount written in this amendment amounting to $(amount in figures) effective as of the (day) of (month), (year).

From the stated period of stay on the property written in the original agreement from the period of ten (10) months to an extended period of twelve (12) months in this amendment, it should also be noted that the extended period of stay is not in any way a form of lease renewal. Both parties should furnish a new agreement in terms of renewal of the property lease at least thirty (30) days prior to the end date of this Amendment.

WHEREAS, this Agreement should be signed in counterpart.

NOW, THEREFORE, the Parties who entered this Agreement, the Landlord and the Tenant(s), acknowledge their part of this Agreement and thereafter affix their signature.
