General Contractor Construction Bid Template

I. PARTIES

This Construction Bid (herein, the "Bid") is made and submitted by [Contractor.Company] (herein, the "Contractor"), with a mailing address of [Contractor.StreetAddress][Contractor.City][Contractor.State][Contractor.PostalCode], to [Owner.Company] (herein, the "Owner"), with a mailing address of [Owner.StreetAddress][Owner.City][Owner.State][Owner.PostalCode], each a party, collectively referred to herein as the "Parties," on [Document.CreatedDate].

II. PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The Owner is seeking bids to construct a new (type of structure) at (project address). The project will include (a list of proposed work to be performed).

The Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, and equipment necessary for the completion of the project.

III. TERMS

The project is expected to take (estimated number) months to complete, starting on (project start date) and ending on (project end date).

The Owner shall make payments to the Contractor in the amount of (insert percentage) of the total contract price upon completion of (insert percentage) of the work, (insert percentage) upon completion of (insert percentage) of the work, and the final payment upon substantial completion of the project.

IV. BID PRICE
