(Create at least ten blank lines of space that the county recorder’s office can use to place a stamp. Most counties will have a stamp that indicates that a recorder looked at the document and will file it within the state’s county office. You’ll need space for this authorization so that the document can be administered in court. This stamp should include the name of the recorder, the state and county where the recording was issued, the time and date the stamp was issued, and the year marked with a serial number for quick document retrieval)
