Plumbing Contract Template

This Plumbing Contract (the "Contract") is entered into on [Document.CreatedDate] by and between [Client.FirstName][Client.LastName] (the "Client") and [Sender.Company] (the "Plumbing Company").

Scope of Work

The Plumbing Company agrees to perform the following plumbing services (the "Services") for the Client:

Schedule and Completion

The Plumbing Company agrees to commence work on (start date) and complete the Services by (end date). The schedule may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances or additional work requested by the Client.

Payment Terms

• A non-refundable deposit (advance payment) of $(deposit amount) is due on signing this Contract.

Changes to the Scope of Work

Termination

Warranty

The Plumbing Company guarantees that the Services will be performed with high workmanship manner and in accordance with industry standards. Any defects or issues with the Services performed must be reported by the Client within (Number of Days) days of completion for the Plumbing Company to rectify.

Indemnity

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Plumbing Company from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of the Services performed, unless caused by the negligence or willful misconduct of the Plumbing Company.

Governing Law

This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Sender.State][Sender.Country]. Any disputes arising from or related to this Contract shall be resolved through arbitration.

Entire Agreement

This Contract constitutes the Entire Agreement between the Parties and supersedes any prior understandings or agreements, whether written or verbal, relating to the Services.

By signing below, the Client and the Plumbing Company acknowledge that they have read and understood the terms of this Contract and agree to be bound by its provisions.
