Pricing/Estimates

When it comes to pricing, plumbing businesses should consider their overheads and materials costs before pricing a job. Other than the labor cost, a plumbing quote should include the following: 

1. Overhead costs such as office expenses, vehicle costs, and insurance

2. Costs of materials, including pipes, fittings, and fixtures

3. Any other fees associated with the project, such as permits or inspection fees

Scope of Work

Plumbing work shall include, but is not limited to, the following:

• Provide all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment, and support necessary to install or repair a part of the plumbing system

• Test the new plumbing system to ensure that it is operating correctly.

• Work shall be performed in a workmanlike manner in accordance with good plumbing practices and in compliance with all applicable codes and regulations.

Invoicing and Payment
