I. PARTIES

This Post Possession Agreement (herein, the "Agreement") is made and entered into by and between:

[Seller.FirstName][Seller.LastName] (herein, the "Seller"), with a mailing address of [Seller.StreetAddress][Seller.City], [Seller.State][Seller.PostalCode], and [Buyer.FirstName][Buyer.LastName] (herein, the "Buyer"), with a mailing address of [Buyer.StreetAddress][Buyer.City], [Buyer.State][Buyer.PostalCode], each a party, collectively referred to herein as the "Parties," on [Document.CreatedDate].

II. PREMISES

The Buyer has purchased the property (Herein, the "Premises") located at [Seller.StreetAddress][Seller.City], [Seller.State][Seller.PostalCode] from the Seller. The Property consists of (insert number) bedrooms, (insert number) bathrooms, and approximately (insert square footage) of living space. The Seller shall have the right to use and occupy the Property during the term of this Agreement.

The Buyer and Seller agree that the Property is in good condition and fit for the use intended by the parties. The Seller warrants no known damage to the Property, which may cause any alterations or repairs necessary to correct such damage to be charged to the Buyer.

III. TERMS

This Agreement shall be in effect for a term of (insert number) months, starting on (date) and ending on (date) (herein, the "Post-Possession Period").

The Seller shall vacate the Property on or before the end of the Post-Possession Period.

IV. RENT PAYMENT

The Seller shall pay the Buyer the sum of (insert amount) as rent for the Property, payable in (insert frequency, e.g., monthly) installments of (insert amount). If rent is not paid within (number) days of the due date, the Buyer has the right to terminate this Agreement and require the Seller to vacate the Property immediately.

V. SECURITY DEPOSIT

The Seller shall deposit with the Buyer the sum of (insert amount) as a security deposit to be held by the Buyer as collateral for the Seller's performance of its obligations under this Agreement.

The security deposit shall be returned to the Seller within (number) days of the end of the tenancy, provided the Seller has fulfilled all obligations under this Agreement and has returned the Premises to the Owner in the same condition as when the tenancy began, reasonable wear and tear excepted.

VI. USE

The Property shall be used by the Seller solely for temporary residence. The Seller shall not use the Property for any illegal or unlawful purposes and shall not engage in any activity that is a nuisance or annoyance to the Buyer or the neighbors. The Seller shall not make any alterations or improvements to the Property without the prior written consent of the Buyer.

VII. MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS

The Buyer shall be responsible for maintaining the Property in good repair and condition, including the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, electrical and plumbing systems, and all common areas. The Seller shall be responsible for keeping the Property clean and in good condition and shall immediately notify the Buyer of any needed repairs. The Seller shall not perform any repairs or alterations to the Property without the prior written consent of the Buyer.

VIII. UTILITIES AND OTHER EXPENSES

The Seller shall be responsible for paying for all utilities and services used in connection with the Property, including but not limited to electricity, gas, water, and internet. The Buyer shall be responsible for paying for property taxes and insurance on the Property.

IX. TERMINATION

This Agreement may be terminated by either party upon written notice to the other party if there is a breach of any material term or condition of this Agreement. Upon termination, the Seller shall vacate the Property within (number) days.

X. GOVERNING LAW

This agreement shall be governed by and construed by the laws of the State of (state).

XI. AMENDMENT

This Agreement may not be amended or modified except in writing signed by both parties.
