WHEREAS, this document acknowledges that the Principal – grantor of the Power of Attorney – hereby terminates said Power of Attorney and all authority, rights, and power.

WHEREAS, I declare that I am not under duress or undue influence when executing this revocation. I have read and understood the full text of this revocation and understand its implications.

WHEREAS, this Revocation of Power of Attorney takes effect immediately, and all photocopies have the same effect as an original.
