Except as provided herein, the Service Provider disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, regarding the technology services, including any implied warranties of merchantability, title, non-infringement, and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Service Provider be liable under this proposal for consequential, incidental, indirect, exemplary, or special damages, including without limitation lost revenues and profits, even if such party has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The Service Provider's total liability under this proposal shall not exceed the fees paid during the twelve months preceding the liability-causing event.

Governing Law
