Website Development Quote Template

This website development quote has been created for the Client for the following purposes:

The quoted services and pricing shall be valid for 30 calendar days from the date the quote was issued. A deposit of 50% of the total price is required for [Sender.Company] to begin website development work. All deposits are nonrefundable.

Payment schedule

​[Sender.Company] accepts deposits and final payments via credit card and check. If [Sender.Company] does not have a credit card on file for the Client, a representative from [Sender.Company] shall contact the Client upon the signing of this quote. All checks can be made payable to the [Sender.Company] at the address listed at the top of this quote.

The Client shall provide final payment for the services once the work has been completed. Final payment shall be submitted via credit card or check no later than 14 calendar days after the services have been completed.

Outstanding balances that are more than 14 calendar days late shall be charged an interest rate of (number)% per week. If [Sender.Company] must initiate legal action to acquire outstanding balances, the Client shall pay for [Sender.Company]'s legal fees.

Work completion timeframe

​[Sender.Company] is dedicated to providing excellent and efficient website development services for the Client. As such, the quoted services listed above shall be completed in approximately six weeks. The following is a breakdown of the schedule, which may be subject to change based on [Sender.Company] or the Client's needs:

If website development activities exceed the timeline listed above, [Sender.Company] will notify the Client of any delays as soon as possible.

Revisions

The Client may request significant revisions of [Sender.Company]'s final product. All major modifications will require an additional signed quote and deposit to begin additional services.

Discounts on additional work

If the Client desires to contract with [Sender.Company] for additional website services including web design, web hosting, blog content creation, social media, or other services, Client shall be given a 10% discount on all additional services.

Terms and conditions

The Client shall provide all text and photography content for the website's front-end visuals. If the Client wishes for [Sender.Company] to create or acquire such materials, [Sender.Company] shall issue the Client an additional website content creation quote. A signed quote and deposit will be required before [Sender.Company] begins any content creation activities.

​[Sender.Company] will be available to the Client for ongoing support if the Client has questions regarding the website and its functionalities. [Sender.Company] agrees to accommodate the Client's inquiries to the best of its ability.

If the Client wishes to terminate this quote, all deposits shall be forfeited and [Sender.Company] shall immediately cease website development.

Upon final payment for services, the website and its back end are wholly owned by the Client. Until final payment is made, [Sender.Company] shall retain all website copyrights and ownership rights.
