Terms and Conditions

Booking and Payment

[Sender.Company] requires a (state the percentage)% non-refundable deposit for booking. The remaining (state the percentage)% is due (state the date and time when it's due). Setting Conditions

Before the project starts, the client must ensure that the area is clean and free from any furniture, appliances, or other objects. The walls should be free of dust and other contaminants, as these can affect the paint's finish. The area should also be well-lit for [Sender.Company] to do their job correctly and accurately. Lastly, adequate ventilation must be provided while the project is being completed to prevent any health and safety risks from exposure to paint fumes.

Extremely Adverse Working Conditions

In the event of extremely adverse working conditions, [Sender.Company] has the right to stop the work and leave the premises. The client must provide a safe and comfortable environment for [Sender.Company] to work in. If these conditions are not met, [Sender.Company] has the right to terminate the contract and leave without completing the project.

Force Majeure

In the event of a force majeure, such as extreme weather conditions, pandemics, or any other natural disaster, both parties agree to suspend their obligations until the situation is resolved. The client will not be held responsible for delays or cancellations due to these circumstances and [Sender.Company] agrees to postpone the work until it's safe to resume.

Liability

The client is fully responsible for keeping anyone, especially children, away from the workspace and out of harm's way. [Sender.Company] has the right to refuse to finish the project if any children are present on-site, as this can pose a severe safety risk. It is also vital for the client to ensure that no pets or other animals are roaming around the work area during painting, as these can cause distractions that can lead to an accident or injury.

Disposal of Materials

[Sender.Company] is responsible for disposing of used materials and paint cans and cleaning up the work area before leaving. The client must provide a suitable trash can or dumpster to dispose of these materials, placed in a safe and accessible location.

Warranty

[Sender.Company] has a (state the period) warranty from the date of project completion. In case of any unforeseen issues, [Sender.Company] will take care of them for free during this period so long as the client has not caused any damage to the work.

Insurance
