Payment Terms and Conditions

Deposit Requirement

1. After the Client accepts and signs the quotation, a nonrefundable deposit of 50% of the total payment for services is required.

Payment Methods

1. Both the deposit and the final payment can be paid using a credit card or a check.

2. If the Client doesn't have a credit card, [Sender.Company] will request credit card information upon receipt of the signed quotation.

Final Payment Due Date

1. The final payment is due upon completion of the services and must be paid no later than 15 days after completion.

Late Payment Charges

1. A monthly service charge of (Amount)% will be added to all past-due balances.

Legal Action for Unpaid Balances

1. If balances remain unpaid 30 days after the due date, [Sender.Company] reserves the right to initiate legal action to recover the outstanding balance.

2. The Client will be responsible for legal fees accrued by [Sender.Company].

Ongoing Services

1. For ongoing services, the Client's credit card will be charged at the rate indicated in the quotation upon the completion of services on the (Number) day of each month.

This arrangement covers the term starting on the (Starting Date) and ending on the (Ending Date).

Schedule of services

One-Time Projects

1. For one-time projects, [Sender.Company] commits to providing the specified services within 14 days from the date of receiving the Client's deposit.

2. Upon receiving the deposit, a representative from [Sender.Company] will contact the Client to schedule the services at a mutually convenient time.

Ongoing Services

1. For ongoing services, [Sender.Company] commits to providing the specified services on the (Number) day of each (month, week, day).

2. This schedule applies for the duration of the term, starting from the specified starting date and ending on the specified ending date.

Scope of work

Professionalism Commitment

1. ​[Sender.Company] is dedicated to providing the services outlined in the quote with the highest level of professionalism.

2. While performing services, [Sender.Company] will comply with all relevant laws, regulations, codes, restrictive covenants, and homeowner's association requirements.

3. Representatives will work diligently, ensuring a neat and organized completion of the scope of work.

Tools and Equipment Management

1. Tools or equipment used during services will be properly collected and removed from the client's property upon completion or at the end of each day for our representatives.

Service Fulfillment and Communication

1. ​[Sender.Company] will make every reasonable effort to fulfill all services outlined in the quote.

2. Open and effective communication is valued, and discussions will be actively engaged to understand and address client concerns or additional requirements.

Weather and Service Cancellations

1. In certain situations, such as extreme weather conditions, [Sender.Company] may need to cancel specific lawn treatments.

2. Prompt notification will be provided, and services will be rescheduled at the earliest possible date.

Contract Recommendation

1. ​[Sender.Company] recommends utilizing the comprehensive Landscaping Services Contract Template to establish a clear agreement between [Sender.Company] and clients.

2. This contract will outline terms and conditions, ensuring a mutually beneficial and legally binding partnership.

Terms and conditions

Quotation Validity

1. The validity period of this quotation is 30 days from the date indicated on the quote.

2. After this period, pricing for the services and products listed may be subject to change due to market fluctuations.

Scope of Work and Liability

1. The quotation is based on information provided by the Client regarding the scope of work, size, scale, and layout of the landscaping area.

2. ​[Sender.Company] shall not be held liable for any work not included in the quotation.

3. For additional work, the Client must promptly inform [Sender.Company] to obtain an updated quote.

Deposit Application

1. Any deposit paid for a previous quotation will be applied toward the deposit for the revised quotation if the Client desires additional work.

Request for Additional Work

1. If the Client wishes to request additional work after [Sender.Company] has commenced work on the quoted services, an additional quote must be requested.

2. The additional quote for extra services should be signed, and the necessary deposit paid before [Sender.Company] commences work on the additional services.

Client Conduct

1. During the provision of landscaping services, the Client agrees to maintain a professional and respectful attitude.

2. Failure to act professionally and respectfully may result in a [Sender.Company] representative terminating the quote and the provision of services.

Insurance

​[Sender.Company] confirms that all of our representatives and subcontractors have sufficient insurance coverage if they incur injuries or damages as a consequence of the actions of our employees or subcontractors.

Force majeure

​[Sender.Company] is committed to performing services to the best of its ability, even in the face of uncontrollable or unforeseen events. However, in the event of force majeure, such as an act of God, earthquake, flood, hurricane, fire, war, or any other unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstance, [Sender.Company] may choose to complete any outstanding projects or quotes at its discretion.

Termination

The Client has the right to terminate the quoted project in the event that the representative from [Sender.Company] violates the terms of the agreement. To initiate termination, the Client must provide written notice to [Sender.Company] within five (5) days of the breach. It should be noted that if the Client decides to terminate the project, any deposits made are nonrefundable.

On the other hand, [Sender.Company] reserves the right to terminate the quoted project if the Client fails to fulfill their payment obligations. In the event of non-payment, any deposits made by the Client are nonrefundable. Additionally, [Sender.Company] has the authority to terminate the project at its discretion if the Client behaves unprofessionally or disrespectfully, which includes making verbal or physical threats.
