Terms and conditions

Materials, equipment, and methods may vary from the plans or notes provided, but at all times, will meet or exceed safety standards. Unanticipated problems such as rot, mold, or insect damage are the property owner's responsibility.

We include a (length of time) warranty on all our work. If you identify any deficiencies or defects during that time, contact us, and we will evaluate and remedy them free of charge if appropriate.
