Deliverables

Terms of Payment

Invoices

Change in scope

If the [Client.Company] fails to make the payment for the change order, the work shall be paused until the payment is made in full.

Termination

Cancellation fee

Expenses

Unforeseeable situations

Any condition deemed as hidden, concealed, and unforeseeable shall mean a condition that is not readily observable to an experienced (contractor/subcontractor or applicable profession) quoting on this project for the purpose of estimating and performing the work specified within the contents of this agreement.

Any alteration or deviation from the above specifications or any hidden, concealed, and unforeseeable conditions that involve the extra cost of labor or material shall be executed upon a written Change Order and will become an additional charge over the total sum mentioned in this contract.
