Tree trimming proposal

1. Scope of work

3. Completion time
The parties agree that the work to be performed under this agreement shall be completed between the XX day of MONTH, YEAR and the XX day of MONTH, YEAR.
4. Payments
Payments of the Contract Price shall be made in the following manner:

7. Insurance
[Sender.Company] warrants that it is appropriately insured as required by law and that its employees and subcontractors are also fully insured.
8. Modifications
Any changes, either addition, deletion, or modification, to the services described in this agreement, shall be made in writing and signed by both [Client.FirstName][Client.LastName] and [Sender.Company].
9. Indemnification
Both parties agree that [Sender.Company] cannot be held responsible for any liabilities including but not limited to accidents, injuries, or loss of property.
10. Severability
If any provision of this agreement should be found to be void, voidable, or unenforceable by the appropriate courts, the remaining portions hereof shall remain in full force and effect.
