Turn your draft into a real, executable agreement by describing what you need — from scratch or from one of your existing PandaDoc templates — and Claude drafts it.

You can add recipients, assign fields, and send it for signature, all within the same conversation. You can also build your template library by uploading any existing PDF agreement and asking Claude to turn it into a reusable PandaDoc template. Next time you need that document, it's one prompt away.

The answers to your contract questions, without the tab switch

Your contracts hold a lot of useful information, such as payment terms, renewal dates, deal values, and signing status. Until now, getting to any of it meant leaving Claude to find it. Now you just ask simple questions like "which contracts are expiring this quarter?" or "summarize the payment terms in this vendor agreement."

• Create an agreement: "Create a freelance design agreement for a 6-week brand project, $3,500 flat fee, deliverables due at the end of each week, with a cancellation fee of 25% if the project is cancelled after kick-off."

• Send from a template: "Create a consulting agreement using my Standard Consulting Template. It’s for james.walker@acmecorp.com and is a 3-month engagement, $6,000 a month, net-30 payment terms. Let me know what additional details you need before sending the document for signature.”

• Check what's waiting on a signature: "Which proposals have I sent in the last two weeks that haven't been signed yet?"
