He'll work with you and your team throughout the creative process, coordinate and plan the event with our specialized internal and external teams, and provide on-site management and support the day of your event. He has unmatched experience in events of your kind and has a proven track record for creativity in the event space.

Our Understanding Of Your Event

We will be handling everything — right from printing the invites to wrapping up the party. Pricing for all the services you require is mentioned below. 

If you have any additional requests, you can always reach out to our event manager for the same, and he will ensure that you have everything you require for a great event. 

Event Theme

As per our understanding, you are looking to have an event based around the theme of The Great Gatsby. We will be taking inspiration from both the book and the movie to ensure that your party stands out. 

The location will be a waterfront villa from our roster of locations that will best fit your theme. All of our decor, audiovisual elements, catering, and entertainment will adhere to this theme and be priced accordingly. 

We will also include a fountain and a circus display to fit with the theme of the party. If there is anything you wish to change in regards to the theme or anything specific you like which may not fit your theme, you can always reach out to your event manager, and he will do his best to accommodate all requests.

Terms and Conditions

Letter of Agreement


Description of Services

CONTRACTOR will provide event logistic management services, as detailed in the letter proposal dated March 30 for CLIENT’s event on May 12.

Pricing and Payment Terms

The total cost of event management services provided by the CONTRACTOR is (Amount). CLIENT will make payments as follows:

  • A non-refundable retainer in the amount of $5.000 upon acceptance of this agreement.

  • $1.000 due on April 10 (deadline date that this agreement is valid for)

  • $2.000 due on April 20 (ten days prior to your event)

  • $2.000 due on April 30 (thirty days after your event)

These payment timelines help us to better serve you and ensure that the event runs smoothly. We have a schedule for payment as the payment goes to the vendors on the basis of the schedule. Many vendors have different payment terms so if you’d like to follow a different payment schedule, please let us know in advance so we can arrange an agreement that suits both parties. In case of any cancellations or changes, we may refund a partial amount with respect to the vendor's payment terms and any damages caused by the cancellation.


This agreement will terminate automatically upon completion of the services required by this letter of agreement.

Changes and Cancellations

Any and all changes made to this letter of agreement must be made in writing and signed by all parties. If the event is canceled, refunds are limited to unearned fees, funds in excess of unused or non-refundable fees, and out-of-pocket expenses. If the CLIENT cancels less than 30 days before the event, there will be no refund issued.

Force Majeure / Acts of God

In the case of force majeure, such as a fire, flood, earthquake, or other natural calamities shall cause CLIENT to cancel the event, CONTRACTOR will require payment only for the time actually spent planning CLIENT’s event.
