Step 2: AI automatically extracts key data like effective dates, renewal terms, contract values, and more.

Step 3: Review, accept, or edit AI suggestions in the Data panel to confirm accuracy.

Step 4: Add custom fields specific to your business, if needed.

Search and filter with precision

Step 1: Use the search bar to find contracts by specific terms like "auto-renewal," "governing law: California," or "contracts expiring this quarter over $150,000." 

Step 2: Apply advanced filters to narrow results by date ranges, counterparties, contract types, or custom fields.

Step 3: Filter by AI-extracted data using the filters found under "System."

Step 4: Combine multiple filters for precise contract subsets, like "all MSAs expiring in Q1 with auto-renewal clauses."
