And surprise: a brand new iPhone app!
We’ve received numerous requests to make our editor more flexible and feature-rich. You asked – we listened! So now it has a full set of features for you to play with: bold, italic, underline, deleted, five font families, 8-48 font sizes, font colors, background colors, text alignment, bullet and number points, OutDent/Indent for text and hyperlinks.
A new way to deal with tokens
Now it’s even faster and far easier to fill in tokens, which are editable right within a document. Click, type, done! And tokens are changed across the entire document. Learn more about tokens here.
Brand new iPhone app
If you’re part of a growing business, you’re probably often on the go. How do you keep your finger on the pulse of your business? Today we are excited to announce the release of our iPhone app, so you can not only sign and complete incoming documents from your iPhone, but also approve, comment and track the ones your team is working with.
Updated iPad app
Our recent release to our iPad app is making it far more functional than before. But don’t forget to update your app to get these features:
- Signing order. Specify the order in which you want your recipients to sign.
- Approval. Managing a team? Reroute any document through your own inbox for approval before it’s sent to recipients.
- Audit Trail. Keep track of what’s happening with any document in your team, including statuses and action history.
- New Drop-Down Field. Display a list of selections for recipients to choose from in a document.
- Now you can open and view documents created in PandaDoc editor.

With the latest version of the PandaDoc Android app, you can connect seamlessly to Dropbox, Box, OneDrive and Google Drive, and work with documents from any of these cloud-based apps. Don’t have it yet?

Copying of documents and templates
Need to create a copy of a document, template or content library item? Just look for a duplicate button and you are good to go.
