Manager, Revenue Enablement

PandaDoc is looking for a Manager to lead our Revenue Enablement function to help us uplevel our execution across sales, account management, and CX.  In this role, you will contribute to PandaDoc's accelerated growth by supporting our all customer facing revenue teams drive new business, expansion, and retention. You will lead a team of 3 great enablement members in producing material, training, and instituting methodologies that transform out revenue org into the best possible closers and nurturers. You are experienced in sales methodologies, get excited by training, and love seeing how numbers move after training. This position requires strong operational aptitude, a bias to action, and focus on learning.  

In this role, you will:

  • Manage a top performing team of enablement professionals
  • Partner with Revenue Ops on joint plays to drive sales and CSM execution
  • Assist in developing playbooks and executing a comprehensive enablement strategy aligned with organizational goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and gaps
  • Enhance the sales team's ability to qualify and close deals effectively
  • Develop engaging and effective training materials and playbooks to support the sales process
  • Support the curation of published courses and knowledge base resources
  • Manage the timely development and approval of enablement deliverables
  • Conduct engaging training sessions for the sales team, in-person and virtually
  • Foster a continuous learning culture, providing ongoing training and support
  • Help establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of sales enablement programs
  • Analyze metrics and feedback to iterate and improve training initiatives
  • Develop and implement sales enablement strategies and programs
  • Create and deliver training materials and resources to support the sales team
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales processes and tools

About you:

  • Prior experience managing sales enablement team or related roles
  • Strong knowledge of sales processes and methodologies
  • Ability to create and deliver effective training materials
  • Excellent project management and collaboration skills
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field

The annual base salary range for this position is $136,000 - $153, 000 USD.
This position is also eligible for a bonus in accordance with the relevant plan documents. The annual bonus opportunity is up to $20,000 Variable USD.
