Marketing Ops Specialist

PandaDoc is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to join our growing Revenue Operations team to support our GTM organization. We are seeking a process-driven and detail-oriented self-starter with the ability to help drive operational excellence for our revenue organization. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in our campaign operations and data management initiatives, helping maintain data integrity, conduct quality assurance checks, provide documentation, and offer executional support for new marketing initiatives.

In this role, you will:

• Be part of the larger centralized Revenue Operations team, building and guiding our revenue engine for scale
• Maintain a clean and organized marketing database, improving data integrity and availability
• Create standard segments and target audiences for use in marketing communications
• Support the execution of marketing campaigns and essential marketing operations initiatives, including nurture workflows, lead scoring, deliverability, etc. 
• Own the QA process for new campaigns, workflows, emails, forms, etc. to proactively address areas for improvement prior to campaign launch
• Use data insights to identify opportunities for optimization of existing campaigns
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for MOPs resources and best practices

About you:

• 2-3 years of Marketing Operations experience in a scale-up SaaS company
• Proficiency in executing marketing operations concepts: workflow management, segmentation, reporting, and managing lead lifecycle
• Hands-on experience as a marketing automation platform architect or practitioner
• Previous involvement in building marketing technology stacks and integrating tools to align with business objectives
• Understanding of marketing data and privacy regulations
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, adept at balancing multiple projects and deliverables
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, comfortable manipulating large sets of data

The annual On-Target Earnings (OTE) salary range for this position is $60,000 - $70,000.
