What You'll Do:
As our Website Experience Lead, you'll be the architect of our digital front door, responsible for ensuring it consistently delivers on both our brand promise and our ambitious performance goals. You'll:
- Own the Website Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive website strategy that aligns with business objectives, drives user engagement, and optimizes conversion rates.
- Drive Performance and CRO: Spearhead A/B testing initiatives, analyze user behavior, and implement data-backed optimizations to continuously improve website performance, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
- Balance Brand and Performance: Ensure our website not only performs at the highest level but also embodies our brand's aesthetic, voice, and values, creating a truly engaging and memorable experience.
- Lead Feature Development: Independently scope, plan, and launch new website features and functionalities, collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring them to life.
- Personalize the Journey: Implement and optimize personalized website experiences that resonate with different user segments and guide them seamlessly through the buyer's journey.
- Champion AI Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging AI technologies, and best practices in web development, UX/UI, SEO, and analytics.
What You'll Bring:
- 8-10 years of experience as a Website Manager or similar role, with a significant portion of that time spent at a top-tier B2B SaaS company.
- Proven track record of managing high-performing websites that successfully balance strong brand visuals with aggressive performance objectives.
- Deep expertise in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), including extensive experience with A/B testing methodologies and tools.
- Strong understanding of web analytics and the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to prioritize, manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- A keen eye for design and an understanding of how visual elements contribute to user experience and brand perception.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams including marketing, product, sales, and engineering.
Bonus Points For:
- Experience managing a website team, including engineers, designers, and content specialists.
- A proven ability to build scalable processes and workflows that ensure excellence in website delivery and maintenance.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot), CRM systems (Salesforce), and content management systems (Contentful) common in the B2B SaaS space.

The annual range for this role is $225,000 to $245,000.
