Revenue Operations Manager, Customer Acquisition

The Revenue Operations Manager is part of the Revenue Operations team, supporting our go-to-market (GTM) organization with customer acquisition initiatives. This person is a process-driven and detail-oriented self-starter who helps drive operational excellence in campaign execution and data management for expanding existing new business growth.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in campaign operations for new business initiatives, ensuring data integrity, building segmentation, providing documentation, and supporting executional processes for marketing and sales, designed to engage and convert new customers.
In this role, you will:
- Be part of the larger centralized Revenue Operations team, growing and building our revenue engine for scale
- Support customer acquisition marketing campaigns by managing processes, segmentation, reporting, and automation
- Maintain a clean and organized prospect database, improving data integrity and ensuring accurate campaign targeting
- Build automation workflows and processes to surface relevant contacts and accounts to AEs and BDRs
- Own the execution and QA process for campaigns, workflows, and evergreen email programs, proactively identifying areas for improvement before launch
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for campaign operations processes and best practices
- Leverage data insights to identify opportunities for optimization of existing campaigns
About you:
- 2-3 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or marketing operations, at a B2B SaaS organization.
- Proficiency in executing marketing operations concepts: workflow management, segmentation, reporting, and managing lead lifecycle
- Hands-on experience as a marketing automation platform practitioner
- Understanding of customer data management, marketing analytics, and privacy regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, adept at balancing multiple projects and deliverables
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, comfortable manipulating large sets of data
