Solutions Engineer

Sales Remote (USA)

The Solutions Engineer role at PandaDoc is a revenue-driving, customer-facing partner who serves as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle. You will work alongside Sales, Account Management, and Product teams to help prospects understand how PandaDoc solves real business problems, accelerates revenue, and drives measurable ROI.

This role sits at the intersection of sales strategy, technical expertise, and business consulting. You will deeply understand PandaDoc’s platform, including APIs, CPQ, integrations, and workflows while excelling at discovery, value articulation, and outcome-based demonstrations that move deals forward.

Successful Solutions Engineers at PandaDoc are not just technical experts they are strategic selling partners who know how to influence decisions, navigate complex buying groups, and align PandaDoc’s capabilities to a customer’s strategic initiatives.

The annual range for this role is $130k OTE, with an 80/20 base-to-variable split.
