Q: What were your biggest pain points before switching to PandaDoc Business?

A: We’d been using PandaDoc Essentials for a few years, but we were still doing a lot of things manually. Contracts had to be scanned and emailed around, and that just doesn’t work when you’re trying to move fast. As we started taking on more clients and expanding into new areas, we needed a better system to scale with us.

Q: What sparked the shift to PandaDoc Business and more automation?

A: When we brought in consultants in late 2023, they helped us take a hard look at how we were handling client setup and contract workflows. Automating those processes became a top priority. PandaDoc was already in our toolkit, but moving to the Business plan gave us access to the features we needed to really streamline things, like the HubSpot Integration.

Q: Who on your team uses PandaDoc today?

A: It’s not just sales anymore. Other departments that work with government contracts, the Department of Transportation, or airport programs like driver credentialing—they’re all using PandaDoc now. It’s become a shared tool across multiple teams.

Q: Do you use the HubSpot integration?

A: The sales team uses the HubSpot integration every day. It’s been a big help in keeping everything in one system. That’s really sped things up for us and made the process more seamless overall.

Q: Any favorite features or things that have stood out?

A: Definitely the automation capabilities of the HubSpot Integration. It’s taken so much manual work off our plate. PandaDoc is just easier to use, and we’re looking to move more of our proposal work over eventually.

Q: What advice would you give to someone considering PandaDoc?

A: If you’ve got any kind of contract process you’re trying to streamline, I’d recommend PandaDoc. The time savings alone are worth it. And the customer support has been great—whenever we’ve had questions, they’ve been quick to help. That kind of service is hard to come by.

Q: How much time has the team saved since upgrading to PandaDoc Business?

A: It’s been a game-changer. We’re saving about 10 to 15 minutes per contract now. With automation and templates in place, reps can send out 4–5 contracts a day way faster than before. When you think about how many people are involved across teams, that time savings really adds up.
