A 50-year-old pipe management company with 7,000+ products across 12 categories relied on 40 different Excel templates for quoting. Reps manually picked templates, adjusted configurations, and double-checked accuracy for every quote. Custom quotes required sales support, slowing deals and leaving prospects waiting. The process was error-prone and completely dependent on individual rep diligence. We mplemented PandaDoc CPQ for HubSpot to replace the Excel system. Built one unified template handling all product configurations.
