Workflow & Approval Process

Workflows defines the lifecycle of documents and allows for automated processes, such as approvals. Easily include an approval process to allow sales managers or legal departments to review and approve a document prior to sending into a recipient. PandaDoc tracks the workflow of a document and allows managers or admins to add an approval step.

Approvals: Designate approvers and create an automated internal workflow to have documents sent for review and approval before they’re sent out to recipients. Documents can also be approved with our iOS mobile apps.

Signing order: You can set up a customer signing order for multiple recipients in order to sequence the delivery of your document. Each recipient receives a notification when it’s their turn to sign.

Activity: Each document has an audit trail where you can view a history of all the changes and activity, including when a document was created, sent, opened, and signed.
